KandieYoga allows me to share the benefits and joy of yoga and food while building community.
Once I started practicing over 5 years ago, I never looked back and decided that I had to continue my journey by sharing my love for yoga with others. After completing my 200 hour, 9 month teacher training program at Spira, I began teaching right away. My education continues through workshops, conferences and most of all teaching. I am always actively finding ways to grow as a teacher to provide the best experience I can for my students. I specialize in Vinyasa yoga for all levels. Vinyasa flow offers an amazing strength building physical work out, while creating a mind, body, and soul connection. I tailor my classes to fit the needs of my students and we tend to laugh a lot. My classes are warm, energetic and inviting. I offer an experience that is invigorating, yet centering and calming. You will leave feeling renewed and wanting more! Yoga is a truly a gift to be shared and I want to share it with my students! The most important two words you need to know to do yoga are, "inhale" and "exhale." |
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Wellness Professional and Caterer. Student of life, lover of food, the outdoors, animals and most of all being a mom to one amazing kiddo!
